Responsibilities
- Open, close, and maintain the daily operations of the associate dining room and adhering to cleaning and safety standards
- Provide nutritional meals in a quick and friendly manner, preparing cold food items for the salad bar; restocking cold and hot foods, beverages, and dishes as needed
- Ensure tables, chairs, other furniture and/or equipment (i.e., refrigerator) is set-up and clean upon opening and maintained throughout the dining experience and upcoming shifts
- Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
- Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties, based on business needs
