About The Position

BCBST is hiring an Associate Digital Product Manager of Mobile Apps. We’re looking for a collaborative, execution‑focused digital product professional who partners closely with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to translate evolving business priorities into effective mobile‑first digital strategies, features, and content. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and customer experience and brings strong organizational and Agile delivery skills. In this role, you’ll help shape and advance mobile app strategies supporting areas across the organization; manage a prioritized backlog aligned to engineering capacity and the digital roadmap; and lead Agile ceremonies to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery. You’ll work closely with Engineering and cross‑functional partners to deliver scalable, compliant mobile solutions that meet business, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Success in this role means mobile initiatives are delivered on time and to specification, stakeholders remain aligned as priorities evolve, Agile practices enable efficient execution, and mobile app enhancements measurably improve business outcomes, operational efficiency, and customer engagement. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
  • 3 years - Working in the field of digital product management, content management, web design and publishing, member/relationship database marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles and accountability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office M365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) and SharePoint
  • Must be a team player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with stakeholders to understand the business and advance solutions as business priorities evolve
  • Supporting Customer Support, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing in the development of digital strategies, features, capabilities, and content
  • Collaborating and coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop and propose digital strategy in support of key business and product initiatives
  • Overseeing a backlog that aligns with available Engineering capacity and maps to an overall digital solutions roadmap
  • Leading Agile ceremonies and/or collaboration meetings, such as planning, refinement, demos, and retrospectives with technology teams
  • Coordinating within cross-functional teams to support product, program and outreach optimizations and the delivery of regulatory and contractual assets
  • Working closely with Engineering to ensure solutions are delivered to specification in a timely and cost-effective manner
