About The Position
Join a growing women's apparel company creating trend-driven collections for major retail partners. We're seeking an Associate Fashion Designer with 3+ years of experience in apparel design, CAD development, technical sketches, and product development. This is an opportunity to work directly with an experienced design team and contribute to fashion collections from concept through production. IN OFFICE 4 DAYS A WEEK.
Requirements
- 3+ years of apparel or fashion design experience
- Advanced Adobe Illustrator skills
- Experience creating CADs and technical sketches
- Understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and product development
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- PLM experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Create CADs, technical sketches, and design presentations using Adobe Illustrator
- Assist with tech packs and product development documentation
- Support apparel collections from concept through production
- Communicate daily with overseas development and production teams
- Submit artwork, graphics, and screen-print concepts to vendors
- Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and market opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery
