Requirements

  • 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience, including internships, freelance, agency, or in-house experience.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong design fundamentals, visual thinking, curiosity, and potential across brand identity, presentations, print, digital, or related work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint and an interest in developing presentation design and visual storytelling skills.
  • Basic understanding of preparing files for print and digital production.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client programs and events.

Nice To Haves

  • Event or environmental design experience.
  • Familiarity with Figma, After Effects, motion graphics, 3D, or spatial design.

Responsibilities

  • Create and adapt design across presentations, print, digital, environmental, and experiential touchpoints within established creative direction.
  • Help extend visual identities across presentations, communications, signage, wayfinding, screens, digital assets, and other event touchpoints.
  • Build polished PowerPoint presentations that communicate information and ideas clearly and visually.
  • Create and adapt graphics for screens, stages, environmental, and large-format applications in partnership with the broader creative team.
  • Participate in brainstorms, discovery, and concept development alongside more experienced creatives.
  • Build mood boards, conduct visual research, explore references, and develop design thinking that helps teams see where an idea could go.
  • Learn to understand the strategy and creative brief behind the work and use them to make stronger design decisions.
  • Partner with Graphic Designers, Senior Designers, and Creative Directors to carry established creative direction consistently across deliverables.
  • Collaborate with motion, video, production, and other disciplines to understand how design comes to life across physical and digital experiences.
  • Prepare accurate, organized, production-ready files with guidance from senior team members.
  • Incorporate feedback thoughtfully, stay organized, and manage assigned tasks and deadlines across multiple projects.
  • Build your skills across design, presentation development, production, events, and emerging creative practices.
  • Use AI and emerging tools thoughtfully for research, exploration, ideation, visualization, and image generation.
