Members contribute to maintaining brand consistency while embracing continuous improvement and innovation to meet business goals and customer expectations in a dynamic retail environment.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in fashion design principles, including sketching, illustration, and color theory.
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and familiarity with digital design tools such as PLM and CAD.
  • Understanding of fabric selection, print execution, and prototype development aligned with brand standards.
  • Ability to interpret market trends and cultural signals to inform design direction.
  • Knowledge of seasonal design workflows and product development timelines.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of fit concepts and garment construction.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement within design operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in fashion design, textile design, or related area and 1 year’s experience in apparel design, garment construction, or related area.
  • 3 years’ experience in apparel design, garment construction, or related area.
