The Associate Design Engineer - Change Management, will help support the training, communication, and change management aspects of the Product Lifecycle Management Division.

Requirements

Experience with Teamcenter, Creo, EDS
Experienced with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Hands-on experience with Change Management Fundamentals
Familiarity with Azure DevOps

Responsibilities

This role will include management of User Acceptance Testing of new deployments and updates to Teamcenter, Creo and other engineering systems.
Manage and support change management activities for major initiatives and system changes that affect the engineering community at Caterpillar.
Coordinate and manage communications that are sent form the PLM organization to the 13K plus engineering and downstream users of the systems and tools supported.
Manage customer user experience of systems and tools by collecting feedback, dispositioning, and tracking updates and improvements based on that feedback.
Work as a backup when necessary to the 7 programs within the PLM organization, (Change and Document Management, Data Exchange and Reporting, Bill of Material, CAD, Visualization, Teamcenter Security, Teamcenter Foundation) writing user stories and requirements where necessary.
