About The Position
Gentle Dental in Salem, Oregon is excited to welcome a motivated and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our supportive, team-oriented practice. We are committed to helping new dentists build confidence, refine clinical skills, and grow professionally in a positive and collaborative environment. This is a great opportunity for a new graduate to gain mentorship from experienced doctors, work with a strong patient base with consistent new patient flow, and have clinical autonomy with guidance. The practice utilizes modern technology including digital radiography and intraoral scanning, and is supported by a team of dedicated hygienists and experienced clinical staff. A structured onboarding process is in place to ensure a smooth transition into practice.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Eligible for or holding an active Oregon dental license
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
