About The Position

This is a production-focused, high-volume associate role designed for dentists who are comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment and motivated by performance-based compensation. This position may not be the right fit for those seeking a reduced schedule, a low-volume clinical setting, or long-term guaranteed salary structures. We maintain strong new patient flow compared to many traditional private practices. Top-performing associates in our group have earned approximately $300,000+ annually working four days per week (11-hour shifts). Individual earnings vary based on production, clinical efficiency, case acceptance, and schedule availability. This role offers the opportunity to build significant income as an associate in a high-demand Southern California market, supported by strong patient volume and operational systems.

Requirements

• Comfortable performing molar root canal therapy
• Comfortable performing surgical and non-surgical extractions
• Comfortable with comprehensive treatment planning in a fast-paced setting
• Clinical independence
