About The Position

Paradise Valley Smiles, a premier clinical partner of American Dental Companies (ADC), is seeking an entrepreneurial Associate Dentist to join our thriving, multi-doctor practice in Phoenix, Arizona. Operating out of a beautifully designed, high-tech 8-operatory facility, this practice has spent over 30 years cultivating an exceptionally loyal patient base of 5,000+ happy patients. This role is a direct mentorship and succession opportunity. You will be working alongside our senior clinical leader, Dr. Mark Brannon, DDS, who has spent 40+ years delivering world-class care. Dr. Brannon is looking for a committed, business-minded clinical partner who wants to plant long-term roots, help grow the practice's modern footprint, and transition into ownership. We practice comprehensive, patient-centered dentistry with an emphasis on the mouth-body health connection. Our 8-op facility is fully optimized with cutting-edge technology, including advanced intraoral imaging, digital radiography, modern sterilization centers, and advanced cosmetic/implant diagnostic systems. We have a remarkably tight-knit, veteran staff (several of our team members have worked together for over 20 years!), resulting in a calm, stress-free clinical environment with zero internal drama.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted Arizona Dental License in good standing.
• Minimum of 5+ years of active clinical experience in a private or high-end group practice setting.
• Proven proficiency across advanced general procedures (Cosmetic bonding, crowns/bridges, endodontics, and basic oral surgery).
• Strong entrepreneurial maturity with an explicit desire for future practice ownership/equity buy-in.

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of clinical excellence preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry, including advanced preventative, restorative, cosmetic (Invisalign), and implant-supported therapies.
• Formulate robust, comprehensive treatment plans while focusing deeply on patient education, trust, and long-term retention.
• Provide compassionate, seamless emergency care through optimized same-day appointment blocks.
• Partner with the front-office and hygiene teams to maintain a highly fluid, efficient 8-operatory schedule.
• Actively collaborate on strategic business growth initiatives to expand the local market share.
