About The Position

Norwood Dental Centre is a long-standing, full-scope practice located in the heart of St. Boniface, Winnipeg. With over 4,100 active patients and a diverse clinical scope, this opportunity offers a supportive team culture, mentorship, clinical development, and long-term growth potential. The practice sees 40-50 new patients monthly and has an established, family-focused patient base. This role offers a flexible part-time schedule with the potential to grow into a full-time position through collaboration with additional locations. Partnership potential exists for the right candidate.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process.
• Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Domiciled in Canada.
• Motivated clinician interested in long-term growth.
• Interested in expanding clinical scope.
• Values mentorship and continuing education.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Relationship-focused in approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide general dentistry services.
• Perform basic and advanced endodontics.
• Conduct basic and advanced oral surgery.
• Perform crown and bridge procedures.
• Provide removable prosthodontics.
• Administer Invisalign treatments.
• Administer Botox treatments.
• Offer sleep apnea and snoring therapy.
• Provide cosmetic dentistry services.
• Engage in continuous learning and skill expansion.
• Collaborate with team members and mentors.
• Focus on relationship-building with patients.
