About The Position

Colorado Bio Dental & Esthetics is a 100% Fee-for-Service biological dental practice in Littleton, CO, seeking an Associate Dentist. This practice focuses on doing things the right way, without insurance contracts or cutting corners, fostering real relationships with patients who care about their health. The practice is led by Dr. Popp, who is dedicated to mentoring early-career dentists in areas like ceramic implants, regenerative treatments, facial esthetics, advanced surgical techniques, and practice management. The team is supportive and high-energy, with advanced technology available, including 3D Cone Beam, Itero scanners, SprintRay 3D printers, lasers, and a bio-PRF setup. The location in Littleton offers proximity to Denver and the Rocky Mountains, with a community that is health-conscious and outdoorsy.

Requirements

• Strong communicator or actively working on it, willing to learn to educate patients and present treatment plans with confidence.
• Solid in restorative dentistry fundamentals and committed to doing quality work that lasts.
• Genuinely interested in biological dentistry, or at least open-minded and curious about it.
• Reliable, someone who follows through, shows up on time, and does what they say they will do.
• Growth-minded, wanting to get better, expand skills, and be part of building something bigger than just their own schedule.

Nice To Haves

• Early in career or a year or two into practice.
• Willing to learn ceramic implants, regenerative treatments, facial esthetics, advanced surgical technique, and how to run a successful practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality restorative treatments using biologic protocols and materials.
• Educate patients about their conditions and walk them through treatment plans aligned with our holistic philosophy.
• Manage your schedule and stay on time while giving each patient the attention they deserve.
• Practice in full alignment with our biologic approach: no root canals, no amalgam, no metal.
• Work alongside Dr. Popp in a mentorship-driven environment to expand your skills in areas such as ceramic implants, regenerative dentistry, and facial esthetics.

• $1,200/day guarantee or 33 to 35% of collections, whichever is greater (depending on experience)
