About The Position

This position is for an Associate Dentist at Colorado Bio Dental & Esthetics, a 100% Fee-for-Service biological dental practice located in Littleton, CO. The practice is built around a philosophy of whole-body health, avoiding traditional treatments like root canal therapy, amalgam fillings, and metal implants, and instead focusing on regenerative treatments and long-term wellness. Dr. Popp, the practice leader, is highly experienced and offers significant mentorship, particularly for dentists early in their careers, covering areas such as ceramic implants, regenerative treatments, facial esthetics, and advanced surgical techniques. The team consists of thirteen people, including four chairside assistants, fostering a tight-knit, high-energy, and supportive culture. The practice is equipped with advanced technology, including 3D Cone Beam, Itero scanners, SprintRay 3D printers, dual Fotona and Waterlase lasers, and a full bio-PRF setup. The role offers a flexible schedule of 2 to 4 days a week, competitive compensation, and an ownership pathway for the right long-term fit. Littleton, located near Denver and the Rocky Mountains, attracts health-conscious patients who are invested in their wellness, making the clinical work genuinely rewarding.

Requirements

A strong communicator (or someone actively working on it) who wants to learn how to educate patients and present treatment plans with confidence.
Solid in restorative dentistry fundamentals and committed to doing quality work that lasts.
Genuinely interested in biological dentistry, or at least open-minded and curious about it.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality restorative treatments using biologic protocols and materials.
Educate patients about their conditions and walk them through treatment plans aligned with our holistic philosophy.
Manage your schedule and stay on time while giving each patient the attention they deserve.
Practice in full alignment with our biologic approach: no root canals, no amalgam, no metal.
Work alongside Dr. Popp in a mentorship-driven environment to expand your skills in areas such as ceramic implants, regenerative dentistry, and facial esthetics.

Benefits

$1,200/day guarantee or 33 to 35% of collections, whichever is greater (depending on experience)
