Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active (or eligible) dental license
- Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning skills
- Patient-first mindset with high clinical standards
- Desire to grow, contribute, and be part of something long-term
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive exams, diagnose conditions, and create patient-centered treatment plans
- Evaluate X-rays and clinical findings to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Provide preventive, restorative, and diagnostic care within your comfort level
- Educate patients on oral health and long-term treatment options
- Prescribe or administer medications as appropriate
- Refer to specialists when clinically indicated
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
