Associate Dentist – Digital Practice + Path to Lead Role
About The Position
The Staff Pad is partnering with a modern, fully digital dental practice in the Burnsville area to identify an Associate Dentist for a unique growth and succession opportunity. This role is ideal for a dentist who wants hands-on mentorship, advanced technology, and a clear path to stepping into a primary clinical role over time. The practice is an established general dentistry practice with a strong community presence, featuring a collaborative team including multiple hygienists and dental assistants. It operates with a fully digital workflow, eliminating traditional film, and utilizes efficient systems designed to support high-quality patient care. The incoming associate will work closely with the current provider, gaining independence over time and ultimately stepping into a primary clinical role. This opportunity allows for building strong patient relationships from an existing base, growing into independent clinical leadership, and developing skills across a broad scope of dentistry.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD (or eligible for Minnesota licensure)
- Strong communicator who connects easily with patients and team members
- Confident working independently while also valuing mentorship
- Growth-minded and interested in long-term opportunity
Nice To Haves
- 2–3 years of experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
- Perform procedures including endo, extractions, and sleep-related treatments
