About The Position

Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is partnering with a well-established and growing dental practice in Innisfil, Ontario, to recruit an Associate Dentist who is passionate about patient care, clinical excellence, and working within a collaborative team environment. This is not a high-churn or short-term associate role. This opportunity is designed for a dentist who values stability, culture, and long-term professional growth within a well-run practice. The practice is established and growing, serving the Innisfil community for over 5 years, and consistently welcomes 30-40 new patients per month. It features a technology-forward environment with iTero scanning and CEREC for same-day restorations, and a supportive, team-oriented culture rooted in professionalism and respect.

Requirements

Valid Canadian Dental License

Nice To Haves

Dentists typically 2-7 years post-graduation
Clinically independent, but still coachable and growth-oriented
Values teamwork, consistency, and long-term career development
Comfortable with a phased schedule ramp-up, not instant volume
Newer graduates with strong confidence and professionalism are encouraged to apply.
