About The Position

We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Associate Dentist to join our client's dental practice in Jackson, New Jersey. This is a full-time, permanent position with a well-established and reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Technology: Modern fully digital with iTero and Cone Beam. This is a FFS/PPO opportunity. Strong daily guarantee and % of collections. Compensation is based on experience.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
• Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of New Jersey
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a dental practice
• Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with dental software and technology
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Responsibilities

• Perform general dentistry procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crown and bridge work
• Diagnose and treat patients' dental conditions
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry and techniques
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
