About The Position

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our established private practice client on a full time basis. As an Associate Dentist, you will work closely with our team of RDH's, DA and EFDA to provide exceptional dental care to patients. This is a 4 operatory practice where you will work as an independent dentist in a state-of-the-art PPO/FFS practice. We offer a competitive daily guarantee/ 34% collections.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
• Active dental license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a dental practice
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and cleanings
• Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and techniques in dentistry
