Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active (or eligible for) Iowa dental license.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide variety of dental conditions.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans focused on long-term oral health.
- Perform restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dental procedures.
- Educate patients on treatment options and preventative care.
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and office leadership to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education.
