About The Position
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our client's growing dental practice. This is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity for career advancement and competitive compensation. $ 700.00-$ 850.00 daily guarantee for 6 months Collections is 33-35% 4 day work week. Sign on bonus.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Active state dental license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental practice or AEGD/GPR.
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
Responsibilities
- Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Continuously stay updated on advancements in the dental field and implement new techniques and technologies into practice
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
