About The Position

The Staff Pad is partnering with an established, patient-focused dental practice in the Minnetonka area to identify an Associate Dentist for a flexible, growth-oriented opportunity. This role is ideal for a dentist seeking schedule flexibility, clinical variety, and a collaborative team environment — with the ability to shape both their schedule and scope of practice. Requirements

• DDS or DMD (or eligible for Minnesota licensure)
• Flexible, collaborative, and patient-focused
• Interested in shaping your schedule and clinical scope
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

• 2–3 years of experience preferred
