New associates start with a structured onboarding curriculum covering treatment presentation, patient communication, and clinical protocols, followed by biweekly virtual check-ins and hands-on mentorship as needed. Dr. Mortensen is happy to invest in growing your skills in molar endo, implants, or Invisalign, and the practice provides a generous CE allowance to help you close any skill gaps on your own terms. Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative treatment, extractions, and removable prosthodontics.
Confidently diagnose and present same-day treatment plans to patients.
Communicate clearly with patients and the team to ensure continuity of care.
Practice with a high degree of clinical autonomy, supported by a trained team.
Participate in ongoing mentorship to continue growing surgical, endodontic, and implant skills.
Build lasting relationships with a loyal, established patient base.
