Why this opportunity stands out Established practice with 30+ years in the community Located in Grandville , just outside downtown Grand Rapids 3,600 active patients 40 new patients per month $2M annual collections Strong hygiene program with 15 hygiene days/week Opportunity to grow production by keeping more specialty procedures in-house Who we are looking for We are ideally seeking a dentist who is: 2 to 5 years out of school Comfortable in a high-volume patient flow Confident delivering a broad range of comprehensive dentistry Excited by a practice with strong fundamentals and room to grow Technology that supports great dentistry You will have access to: Wave One endo system Digital scanners Trios iTero Element 5D+ Digital imaging CBCT Paperless charts Cloud-based software Practice environment 7 operatories 12-person team Bright, spacious office with open operatories and windows Payor mix is FFS + PPO (no capitation) The vibe This is a practice with a strong foundation and a lot of upside.
