About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Associate Dentist to join a well-established practice in the Kitchener-Waterloo region. This is a part-time opportunity offering long-term growth, mentorship, and potential partnership within a supportive, family-oriented environment with a loyal patient base and tenured team. The practice boasts a strong, stable, and long-tenured support team including hygienists, assistants, and front office staff. It offers mentorship, a family-oriented patient base with deep community roots, and in-house specialty support including endodontics, oral surgery, orthodontics, and periodontics. The technology includes an iTero scanner, panoramic imaging, digital X-rays, and a paperless workflow.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
• Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
• Valid CPR certification
• Domiciled in Canada

Responsibilities

• Managing a broad scope of general dentistry
• Building patient relationships
• Retaining treatment in-house
• General and restorative dentistry including crown and bridge
• Endodontics (basic and advanced)
• Extractions and basic oral surgery
• Comprehensive treatment planning
• Invisalign treatment
