About The Position

Founded generations ago, Kaplansky Dental Implants has been led by Dr. Igor Kaplansky for the last 24 years. Dr. Kaplansky is a recognized leader in implant and comprehensive dentistry, and under his guidance, the practice has remained a locally owned, private practice. Independent of outside investors and corporate groups, the team focuses on quality care rather than meeting quotas, providing a stable environment where an associate can build a long-term career in a practice the community trusts. The new associate will join a cohesive and experienced team of approximately 30 professionals, including seven full-time dental assistants, three in-house laboratory technicians, and a dedicated administrative staff led by a long-tenured office manager. The practice is highly productive, maintaining 8,000 active patients and onboarding approximately 100 new patients each month across 12 modern operatories. Established systems ensure a seamless transition for a new provider, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional clinical care from day one without administrative hurdles or inconsistent scheduling. Mentorship at this practice is both structured and accessible. Dr. Kaplansky conducts monthly case review meetings where associates present their cases for open clinical discussion. Beyond these formal sessions, he is available daily to provide guidance and answer questions as they arise during the workday. A significant advantage is the sophisticated in-house laboratory, staffed by three dedicated technicians and equipped with two five-axis CAD/CAM mills and two 3D printers. This lab offers a unique feedback loop for professional growth, allowing associates to collaborate directly with technicians to review preparations and restorations in real time, accelerating clinical development. Professional stability is a core value, evidenced by the current associate's six-year tenure. This consistency ensures reliable, long-term patient care and fosters an environment for career building. For candidates demonstrating a strong long-term fit, a transparent path toward ownership is provided, with partnership discussions welcomed after three years of successful collaboration. Gasport, located in rural Western New York, is approximately one hour from downtown Buffalo and 90 minutes from Toronto. The region benefits from a lower dentist-to-patient ratio, resulting in less competition and a patient base that values care, creating higher earning potential. Associates have the flexibility to reside in Buffalo and commute or settle locally. The practice is experienced in legal requirements for international providers and has successfully navigated visa sponsorship.
