About The Position

Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active state dental license in good standing
- Minimum 2+ years of associate dentist experience required
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient rapport
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive exams, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Provide a full scope of general dentistry procedures
- Deliver high-quality restorative, preventative, and minor surgical care
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front office team
- Ensure excellent patient experience and continuity of care
