About The Position
We're looking for an experienced Associate Dentist who enjoys comprehensive dentistry and wants to play a key role in continuing to grow our practice. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who is comfortable providing advanced treatment, enjoys developing long-term patient relationships, and is motivated by performance-based compensation as the practice continues to expand. Our ideal dentist is confident managing a wide range of procedures, including molar root canal therapy, single-tooth and surgical extractions, implant placement and restoration (preferred), full-mouth rehabilitation and comprehensive treatment planning, restorative and preventive dentistry, and delivering exceptional patient experiences while educating patients on treatment options. This is a true growth opportunity within a new practice focused on expanding access to comprehensive dental care. We're investing heavily in patient acquisition and are looking for a dentist who enjoys helping build a practice rather than simply maintaining an established schedule.
