Hygiene plays a central role in the practice, and this position is built around exams, same-day dentistry, and same-day care. There is no internal competition for cases. You are set up to build trust and grow your schedule naturally. This is a high-production opportunity in every sense. The right associate can realistically build to $1M+ in annual production, with income that reflects that level of contribution. While the position begins as a true associateship, there is a very real pathway to ownership for the right doctor. Dr. Buzza is open to selling the practice outright to the right person when alignment is clear. He would stay on under contract to ensure a smooth transition, promote goodwill with patients, and support the new owner’s success. This may not be the right opportunity if you are fresh out of dental school or still building foundational clinical skills. The pace and expectations here require someone who can confidently walk into a hygiene exam, diagnose what they’re seeing, and communicate a treatment plan to a fee-for-service patient without hesitation. Requirements

• Clinically confident with a proven track record in general and restorative dentistry
• Experienced enough to walk into a hygiene exam, diagnose accurately, and present treatment with ease
• Comfortable in a fee-for-service environment where dentistry is earned through trust and communication
• Interested in stability, leadership, and potential ownership of a well-established practice

Responsibilities

• Perform hygiene exams, new patient exams, and same-day dentistry
• Deliver high-quality restorative dentistry efficiently and confidently
• Communicate diagnoses and treatment plans clearly in a fee-for-service setting
• Work collaboratively with assistants, hygienists, and leadership
• Take ownership of the full clinical day, including patient follow-through
