About The Position

Refresh Dental has an opportunity for a full-time General Dentist in their dentist-owned, patient-focused, community-based group practice located in Boardman, OH. The compensation rates start at $1000 per day with 100% practice-paid lab fees, operating under PPO/FFS. The role involves working alongside a seasoned Dentist, supported by a Hygienist and Dental Assistants, in a multi-million dollar producing practice. The position offers a 4-day work week, split between Boardman and Dental Express Niles. The practice utilizes Prime Scan, CBCT, and Overjet technologies, and a sign-on bonus is available. The ideal candidate is an eager producer who thrives in a productive environment, supported by a robust marketing team that drives growth and new patients. The role emphasizes working with a patient-focused team that respects clinical judgment and leadership, offering true clinical autonomy for comprehensive care including diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and maintenance. The practice is implementing Overjet’s dental AI platform and Sprint Ray (3D printer) to maximize earning potential and deliver best-in-class dental care. Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree-accredited dental school
Completion of a post-doctoral residency program for all specialists
Current/Active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain)
Dedication to integrity and achieving the highest standards of ethical patient care
