About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, driven Associate Dentist to join a distinguished, well-established downtown Toronto practice. With a tenured and supportive team, an affluent and loyal patient base, and an established IV sedation program, this is a rare opportunity to step into an existing book of patients with strong demand and long-term potential — including a path to partnership. The practice features a collaborative environment with an experienced lead dentist, mentorship availability, and an established IV sedation program with dedicated sedation days. Technology includes CBCT, iTero scanner, panoramic imaging, and Videa Health AI diagnostics. The schedule is Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM and Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process.
• Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Domiciled in Canada.
• Not open to new graduates.
• Experienced clinician with a broad and strong clinical skillset.
• Professional, polished, and comfortable working with an affluent, high-end clientele.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment.
• Full-time availability with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
• Interested in long-term growth including a potential path to partnership.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full scope of dentistry, including complex cases.
• Perform basic and advanced endodontics.
• Conduct basic and advanced oral surgery, including impacted third molars.
• Provide fixed and removable prosthodontics.
• Perform implant placement and restoration.
• Provide Invisalign treatments.
