About The Position

This is a production-focused, high-volume associate role designed for dentists who are comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment and motivated by performance-based compensation. This position may not be the right fit for those seeking a reduced schedule (e.g., 9–4), a low-volume clinical setting, or long-term guaranteed salary structures, or ongoing step-by-step mentorship. We maintain strong new patient flow compared to many traditional private practices. This role offers the opportunity to build significant income as an associate in a high-demand Southern California market, supported by strong patient volume and operational systems. Requirements

• Comfortable performing molar root canal therapy
• Comfortable performing surgical and non-surgical extractions
• Comfortable with comprehensive treatment planning in a fast-paced setting
