About The Position

As an Associate Dentist, you will work alongside our experienced team of dental professionals to provide high-quality dental care to our patients. You will have access to state-of-the-art equipment and technology, as well as ongoing training and support to enhance your skills and knowledge. This is a 100% Fee-For-Service (FFS) practice equipped with CBCT, Cerec Primescans/milling units, a soft tissue laser, and a Sprintray 3D printer. Total production for labs is 35%. Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
• Active dental license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and cleanings
• Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
• Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education courses
