About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our private practice client on a full-time basis. This is a FFS/PPO opportunity. No Medicaid and No HMO's. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing top-quality dental care and a strong desire to grow and develop their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This opportunity is open to new graduates. Mentoring is available for advanced procedures. This is a state-of-the-art office with CBCT, scanners, digital X-rays and paperless charting. W-2 or a 1099.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited university
Active state dental license
Open to new graduates
Excellent clinical and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work well in a team environment
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
Willingness to learn and grow as a dental professional

Responsibilities

Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals
Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
Collaborate with other dental professionals to develop treatment plans
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and team members
Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
