About The Position

Raybrex Dental Recruiting is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Dentist to join our private practice client. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and career advancement. 4 days a week is considered full time. As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our experienced team of dentists, hygienists, and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
• Active state dental license
• Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Dedication to providing exceptional patient care

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough dental examinations and diagnoses
• Develop treatment plans and communicate them effectively to patients
• Perform general dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
• Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Adhere to all infection control protocols and safety standards
• Keep abreast of new developments and techniques in the dental field

Benefits

• Base pay of anywhere of $160,000 - $210,000 and/or 32-34% of Net Production. (depending on experience) Whichever is higher.
• $5,000 annual stipend for CE travel/tuition
