Associate Dentist
About The Position
We are seeking a clinically strong, performance-oriented Associate Dentist to join a de novo practice with an aggressive growth strategy and strong new-patient acquisition. This role is best suited for a dentist who understands the realities of a de novo ramp-up and is motivated by long-term upside rather than short-term guarantees. Patient volume will build progressively; earnings scale directly with clinical productivity. This position is not designed for dentists seeking limited hours, a narrow clinical scope, or guaranteed income beyond the initial ramp-up period. It is intended for dentists who want to help build a practice and be rewarded as it scales.
Requirements
- Proficiency in molar root canals
- Ability to perform simple and surgical extractions
- Efficient diagnosis and comprehensive treatment planning
- Comfortable being measured by results
- Engaged and patient during early ramp-up
- Strong team player who contributes to a high-accountability environment

- Confident in clinical abilities

Responsibilities
- Perform molar root canals
- Perform simple and surgical extractions
- Efficient diagnosis and comprehensive treatment planning
- Work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to support the access-driven model
