Requirements

  • Registration and licensure in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO).
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and building lasting patient relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent clinical judgment with a patient-centered approach to dentistry.
  • The ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Invisalign or SureSmile is considered an asset.
  • North American clinical experience is considered an asset but is not required.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Russian, Polish, or Ukrainian language skills are considered a strong asset to support the diverse needs of our patient community.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Deliver high-quality restorative, preventative, and general dental care for patients of all ages.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditions using evidence-based clinical practices.
  • Administer local anesthesia and perform procedures including restorative dentistry, extractions, endodontics, and other general dental treatments.
  • Provide cosmetic and orthodontic treatment where appropriate.
  • Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care to support lifelong oral wellness.
  • Collaborate closely with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive clinical records.
