About The Position

MyDental, proudly serving Fargo and eastern North Dakota, has an immediate opening for a motivated, patient-centered Associate Dentist. One of our doctors is relocating out of state, so this is a rare opportunity to step directly into an established, thriving patient base with an experienced, tight-knit team already in place from day one — no need to build from scratch. You will inherit a full schedule spanning both pediatric and adult patients within a well-regarded, growing organization. Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
North Dakota dental license (or eligibility)
Comfort treating both pediatric and adult patients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental care to a full patient base of children and adults
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care
Collaborate with team members to optimize patient outcomes
Stay current with dental advancements and implement new techniques and technologies
