About The Position

The Staff Pad is partnering with a well-established, patient-centered dental practice in southeastern Minnesota to identify an Associate Dentist ready to step into a high-opportunity, growth-focused role. This is an ideal opportunity for a dentist who wants immediate production, strong clinical support, and a long-term path toward leadership within a thriving, community-focused practice. The practice is an established general dentistry practice with a strong reputation for quality care, a tenured, collaborative clinical team including multiple hygienists and dental assistants, and consistent patient flow with a loyal and growing patient base. It is located in a scenic Mississippi River town within driving distance of the Twin Cities and Rochester. This growth-driven opening is created by a senior provider transitioning toward retirement and internal team expansion. The Associate Dentist will step into an existing patient base from day one, with the ability to quickly build production and establish themselves within the practice, having immediate access to a full patient schedule and the opportunity to grow into long-term clinical leadership. A supportive environment with mentorship is available for newer dentists, and there is autonomy to practice comprehensive general dentistry.
