Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care, including crowns, bridges, veneers, composites, comprehensive restorative dentistry, and full-mouth treatment.
- Build real patient relationships and a patient base.
- Utilize modern technology such as CBCT and digital scanning.
- Communicate clearly with patients about their diagnosis, options, and treatment decisions.
- Work collaboratively with a small team and a supportive partner doctor.
- Participate in mentorship opportunities.
- Exercise clinical autonomy with support when needed.
