Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in general dentistry.
- Proficient in root canals, extractions, dentures, partials, and surgical extractions.
- Empathetic with an excellent bedside manner.
- Strong sense of ethics and integrity in diagnosis.
- Team player, coachable, motivated, and has a positive attitude.
- Trainable and open to mentoring.
Nice To Haves
- Spanish bilingual is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform root canals, extractions, dentures, partials, and surgical extractions.
- Diagnose cases and provide excellent care.
- Support and close larger cases through our sister full-arch implant business.
- Take same-day impressions and diagnose high-value cases.
- Set 1-, 3-, and 5-year goals for personal, professional, and financial growth.
