About The Position
This is not your average Associate Dentist role. Secure Dental is looking for a future clinical leader who wants to perform high-level dentistry in an environment that fully supports the learning curve. Mentorship is a core part of the operating system, with scheduled case review sessions with Dr. Jafri to go over treatment plans, review CBCT scans, and troubleshoot complex cases. The practice is fully digital, featuring advanced technology like 3Shape Scanners, Printers, CBCT, AI-assisted radiography and note-taking, and specialized dental motors. Associates are given clinical freedom to develop their own style while receiving guidance, and are supported by a skilled team including prophy and sealant certified assistants and a front office that manages the schedule effectively. The mission is to provide comprehensive, high-quality care while building long-term trust, with the Associate Dentist acting as the clinical lead in their operatory.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program.
- An active [State] license (or pending license).
- A growth mindset and a commitment to lifelong learning.
- Empathy and a patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive exams and hygiene checks with a focus on systemic health.
- Execute restorative, endodontic (anterior/premolar), and surgical procedures.
- Help patients understand their treatment options clearly.
- Lead your chairside team with kindness and clarity.
