About The Position

We are seeking a clinically strong, performance-oriented Associate Dentist to join a de novo practice with an aggressive growth strategy and strong new-patient acquisition. This role is best suited for a dentist who understands the realities of a de novo ramp-up and is motivated by long-term upside rather than short-term guarantees. Patient volume will build progressively; earnings scale directly with clinical productivity. In mature practices within our organization, top-performing doctors earn approximately $362,000 annually working 4 days per week (11-hour shifts). This position is not designed for dentists seeking limited hours, a narrow clinical scope, or guaranteed income beyond the initial ramp-up period. It is intended for dentists who want to help build a practice and be rewarded as it scales.

Requirements
