About The Position

Expressions Dental Care is seeking a relationship-focused Associate Dentist to join their well-established, boutique-style practice in Richmond Hill. With 30 years of serving the community and a loyal patient base, this is an opportunity to join a practice built on trust, exceptional care, and genuine patient relationships. This is a long-term opportunity designed to grow over time, with mentorship available from experienced clinicians and a clear path to taking on a larger role as existing providers gradually scale back their schedules. The practice emphasizes continuing education and clinical excellence, with a collaborative team culture and advanced technology including an iTero Lumina scanner, CEREC, and VideaHealth AI.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process.
• Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Domiciled in Canada.
• Not a new graduate.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for patient relationships.
• Empathetic, professional, and committed to lifelong learning.
• Coachable, detail-oriented clinician who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Looking for a long-term home rather than a short-term opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and restorative dentistry, including crown and bridge procedures.
• Conduct basic and advanced endodontics.
• Perform basic and advanced oral surgery.
• Provide removable prosthodontics.
• Engage in implant dentistry and Invisalign treatments.
• Administer IV sedation.
• Keep more complex treatment in-house.
