About The Position

Dr. Mullen's established Redding practice is growing and looking for a full-time Associate Dentist to join them four days per week. With approximately 50 new patients each month, a busy hygiene program, and strong demand for restorative care, there is already plenty of dentistry waiting for the right doctor. This position is open because of growth, need, and patient demand. The practice has an established hygiene program, approximately 50 new patients coming in each month, and a significant amount of treatment opportunity already within the patient base. The associate will have the opportunity to provide a broad range of general dentistry, including crowns, fillings, root canals, extractions, preventive care, and comprehensive treatment. New graduates are welcome and will receive hands-on mentorship from Dr. Mullen. The right associate will work alongside Dr. Mullen and the team, build trust with an established patient base, and become an important part of the practice. For the right person, growth could potentially include future ownership or buy-in.
