An established Calgary dental practice is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join its team as leader at the clinic. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who wants more than just a chair to work from. The practice is looking for a strong provider who can help shape the future direction of the clinic, build long-term patient relationships, contribute to growth initiatives, and become a key member of the leadership team. The practice offers significant opportunity for an ambitious associate who enjoys comprehensive treatment planning, advanced dentistry, and practice development.

Requirements

• 5+ years experienced
• Clinically confident and independent
• Strong diagnostician
• Comfortable presenting comprehensive treatment plans
• Growth-minded and entrepreneurial
• Leadership-oriented
• Invested in long-term practice success
• Interested in becoming a visible and consistent presence within the clinic
• Enjoys relationship-building, patient education, and helping patients understand comprehensive treatment options
• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
• Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
• Valid CPR certification
• Domiciled in Canada

• Experience with Sedation Services (Nitrous Sedation, Oral Sedation)
