About The Position

This is not your average associate role. We are looking for a future clinical leader who wants to perform high-level dentistry in an environment that fully supports the learning curve. At Secure Dental, mentorship is our daily operating system. You will have scheduled case review sessions with Dr. Jafri to go over treatment plans, review CBCT scans, and troubleshoot complex extractions, implant cases or aesthetic cases. We are fully digital, featuring 3Shape Scanners, Printers, CBCT, AI-assisted radiography (Ascend) and AI assisted note taking capabilities, and Waveone Endo, Aspetico motors. We want you to develop your own "hand." While Dr. Jafri provides guidance, you won't be micromanaged on how you prep a crown or interact with your patients. Our assistants are highly skilled at anticipating your needs, they are prophy and sealant certified and our front office manages the schedule to keep your chair full without burning you out.

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited program (New grads are highly encouraged to apply).
An active [State] license (or pending license).

Responsibilities

Comprehensive Diagnosis: Perform exams and hygiene checks with a focus on systemic health.
Clinical Excellence: Execute restorative, endodontic (anterior/premolar), and surgical procedures. (We offer in-house US training for implants and molar endo if you're interested!)
Patient Education: Help patients understand their treatment options clearly so they feel empowered to choose the care they need.
Collaborative Leadership: Lead your chairside team with kindness and clarity.
