About The Position
We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Associate Dentist to join our client on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a modern and well-equipped dental practice, alongside a team of experienced and supportive dental professionals. This is a 7 operatory practice that accepts most major PPO's. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm. Compensation includes a daily guarantee of $800.00 - $1,000.00, with an additional 35% based on collections.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
- Valid state dental license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental practice
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of dental procedures and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages
- Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and cleanings
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
