About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Full-Time General Dentist to join our established practice in Falcon, Colorado, a rapidly growing community just east of Colorado Springs. This opportunity is open because our current dentist is relocating outside of Colorado, creating an exciting opportunity for a clinician who wants to step into a clinical leadership role while continuing to provide excellent patient care. Our practice is established, busy, and supported by a strong PPO and FFS patient base. We are a dentist-led culture where clinical quality, patient experience, and employee engagement are at the center of how we operate. The Practice includes 6 fully equipped operatories, 2 Dental Hygienists, 2 EDDAs, and an established PPO and FFS patient base. It is a comprehensive family dentistry environment and a fast-paced, team-oriented practice with a dentist-led clinical culture and a strong opportunity for continued practice growth. You will have the clinical autonomy to diagnose, treatment plan, and provide comprehensive care while working alongside an experienced and supportive dental team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of clinical experience
• Active Colorado dental license
• Invisalign certified
• Comfortable practicing as a solo provider
• Confident with a broad range of general dentistry procedures
• Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning skills
• Patient-focused and committed to quality clinical outcomes
• Natural clinical leader who enjoys supporting and engaging a dental team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, established practice
