About The Position

Empire Dental is seeking an experienced, patient-focused General Dentist to join our thriving practice in the west end of San Antonio. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who is looking to establish roots in a growing practice, lead a clinical team, and build long-term relationships with patients and staff. We are looking for a doctor with 3+ years of clinical experience who values clinical excellence, enjoys leading a team, and is committed to providing exceptional patient care. The practice is a modern 5-operatory facility with a digital workflow, iTero scanner, and digital radiographs. The role offers clinical autonomy and is supported by two full-time hygienists and an experienced support team. The practice has an established and growing PPO and Fee-for-Service patient base.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Texas dental license (or ability to obtain one)
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to providing outstanding patient care
• Desire to grow with the practice and make a long-term commitment
