Requirements

Experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering real results.
Demonstrated experience in building predictive models, optimizing AI applications, and refining data architectures with measurable impact.
Strong coding skills in Python or R.
Expertise in SQL and relational databases, including writing efficient queries and optimizing data structures.
Proficiency in working with large datasets, ensuring data organization, accessibility, and readiness for analysis.
Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, clustering, neural networks).
Hands-on experience with data warehouses such as BigQuery.
Experience in standardizing and improving data models, schemas, and architectures.
A keen eye for detail to spot trends, outliers, and anomalies.
An entrepreneurial approach to data, focusing on leveraging data for business value.
Humility, hunger to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
