About The Position

Church & Dwight is seeking an Associate Data Scientist to join their team. This role will be at the forefront of transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across Church & Dwight. The Associate Data Scientist will collaborate with diverse business units to understand their unique challenges and opportunities, leveraging data science and advanced analytics to deliver impactful solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BS) with 2 or more years of experience is acceptable
• Experience with programming and data query languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and data visualization tools(e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred
• Agentic AI development experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize predictive modeling, data mining, and advanced analytics techniques to uncover meaningful patterns and trends within our vast data sets.
• Partner with various business units to understand their needs, gather user requirements, and translate them into data products and solutions.
• Deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations that inform business strategies and drive operational improvements.
• Communicate complex analytical findings in a compelling and easily understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring insights lead to informed decision-making.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and cloud technologies to continuously enhance our analytic capabilities.
