As an Associate Data Scientist, you will help drive smarter marketing decisions by applying statistical and machine learning solutions that improve media performance to drive real business outcomes. You will partner closely with marketing and analytics teams to support the marketing mix optimization (MMO) capability, translate model results into actionable insights, and help influence business outcomes. In this role, you will maintain and enhance MMO processes, analyze campaign performance, respond to stakeholder requests, and identify opportunities to improve existing MMO models through automation and new features. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days on site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another non‑Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team, and the recruiter or hiring manager will provide additional details during the hiring process.
